Order Cancellation: Customers can request to cancel their order within 24 hrs of placing it. After this period, orders are considered final and cannot be cancelled.

Refunds:
Custom Orders: Orders for custom-designed shoes are non-refundable once production has started. Cancellation requests for custom orders must be made within 48 hours of placing the order.
Out-of-Stock Items: In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after the order is placed, we will notify the customer promptly. The customer can choose to replace the item with an alternative, receive a store credit, or cancel the order for a full refund.
Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been shipped. If the cancellation request is made before shipping, the shipping fee may be refunded.
Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after the cancellation is approved. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in the customer's account may vary based on the payment method.
Changes to the Policy: Youthique reserves the right to modify or update this cancellation policy at anytime. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
